Position Overview
A Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance, market insights, and exceptional customer service. The agent represents the agency professionally, drives sales performance, and ensures a seamless property transaction experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors.
- Conduct client consultations to understand property requirements and financial capabilities.
2. Property Sales & Leasing
- List properties for sale or rent on relevant portals and platforms.
- Conduct property tours, open houses, and viewings.
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and agreements.
3. Market Knowledge & Expertise
- Stay updated on current real estate trends, market conditions, and pricing strategies.
- Provide clients with accurate comparisons, advice, and investment insights.
- Monitor new listings, project launches, and competitor activities.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare contracts, tenancy agreements, MOUs, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and RERA requirements (if in UAE).
- Maintain organized records of deals, leads, and communication.
5. Marketing & Promotion
- Coordinate with marketing teams to prepare photos, videos, and online listings.
- Promote properties across social media, real estate portals, and direct marketing.
- Develop property presentations, brochures, and digital campaigns when needed.
6. Performance & Reporting
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets.
- Submit regular updates on leads, viewings, and deal progress.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and brokerage events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Broker.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the real estate market (local area).
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate portals.
- Valid real estate license (if applicable to region).
- Driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred for field work).
